360 Rotating Flat Plug Extension Cord 3 Prong Pigtail End 14AWG - 10 FT - White - 14AWG

An open-end pigtail power cord has a standard wall plug on one side and an unterminated cable end on the other. Buyers choose it when they need a replacement power cord for equipment that connects through a terminal block, junction box, control panel, or another fixed connection point. It offers flexibility for custom cord replacements where a standard molded connector will not fit the device.

This is a replacement power cord, not a traditional extension cord. It is designed to supply power from a wall outlet through a NEMA 5-15P plug, with an open end intended for custom connection to equipment. If you need added reach and a finished outlet end, an extension cord is usually the better match.

14 AWG refers to the wire gauge of the conductors inside the cord. A 14 AWG replacement power cord is commonly used for higher-current indoor applications compared with lighter gauges. This cord is rated for 15A at 125V, so it fits many appliance and equipment replacement scenarios where the cord must handle a stronger electrical load.

This cord is rated 15A at 125V. That rating helps you evaluate if the cord matches your equipment requirements. Always confirm your device’s rating label and ensure the total expected load stays within the cord’s listed capacity.

Yes. It is a grounded, 3-prong power cord with a 3-conductor design. This supports equipment that needs a ground connection for safe operation. For devices designed for 2-prong cords, confirm compatibility before choosing a grounded replacement.

The plug type is NEMA 5-15P, which fits most standard US household and office wall outlets. This is the common grounded plug style used for many appliances and workstation devices.

A rotating flat plug helps when the outlet sits behind an appliance or tight to cabinetry. The flat profile reduces clearance issues, and the rotating head helps route the cord without forcing it into a sharp bend at the wall. It can also help keep adjacent outlets more accessible in crowded outlet locations.

No. This is an indoor power cord. Use it in dry indoor locations. For outdoor equipment or wet environments, choose a cord specifically rated for outdoor use with the appropriate jacket and environmental protection.

SJT refers to a common indoor cord type used for many appliance and equipment cords. This model uses an SJT construction with a PVC jacket. The result is a durable, round cable built for routine indoor handling and typical home or workspace environments.

Start with four checks: the plug type (NEMA 5-15P), the rating (15A 125V), the grounding requirement (3-conductor grounded), and the connection style on your equipment side (open end pigtail required). If your device expects a molded connector, you will usually want a finished connector cord instead of an open-end cable.
